BITES & BOOS

Terms

Bites & Boos is a private, invitation-only annual gathering. This site is operated by TSF Inc. on behalf of its hosts. Using the site means accepting what follows.

What this site is

An invitation. You enter a code you were given, you tell the hosts whether you're coming, and you see what other guests are bringing. That's the whole service. Nothing is sold here, there are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no payments.

Your invitation

The invitation code is meant for you and the household you were invited with. Please don't post it publicly or pass it to people the hosts haven't invited. The hosts may change the code, or remove a response, at their discretion.

What you submit

Tell the truth about who you are and how many people you're bringing — the hosts are buying food based on it. Don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, or belonging to someone else.

Your name and the dish you're bringing are shown to other guests who have replied. Your phone number, party size and note are not. See the Privacy Policy.

Text messages

Texts are sent only to guests who ticked the consent box themselves, and only about this event. Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms.

The event itself

This is a private social gathering hosted by individuals, not a ticketed or commercial event. Attending is at your own risk and at the hosts' invitation, which they may withdraw. Details — date, timing, what to bring — can change; the invitation page is the current version.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. It may be offline, and responses may occasionally be lost to a technical fault. If something looks wrong with your reply, tell the hosts directly rather than relying on the page.

Keeping your information

Responses are retained only as long as needed to coordinate this event and the hosts' records of it. Ask us at any time and we'll delete yours.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
